Prytulko focuses on long-term relationships and on delivering websites that truly work in the daily routine of public institutions.
Experience and team
We have worked since 2018. Our background combines IT expertise with hands-on cooperation with public institutions. Cooperation with ТОВ Креаро Украiна lets us combine Polish and Ukrainian experience and work across several languages.
One accountability model
Clients have one clear point of contact and one team handling hosting, maintenance and editorial support. This removes the confusion caused by many disconnected providers.
Support and service
Within the subscription model we provide response to requests and editorial help from 8:00 to 16:00. For urgent cases we keep an emergency duty model and define SLA standards in the contract.
Social responsibility
We support the Vis in Unitate Foundation, which builds bridges between cultures and helps local communities and people at risk of exclusion. We dedicate part of our resources to social and educational work.
